Fleximize Backs Blockbuster British Heavyweight Clash: Wardley vs Dubois

Business finance leader steps back into the ring as two of the biggest punchers in heavyweight boxing collide.

7th April 2026

Fleximize, one of the UK’s leading business finance providers, has announced its official sponsorship of the upcoming WBO Heavyweight Championship fight between Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois.

Taking place at Co-op Live on 9th May 2026, the highly anticipated bout, “Don’t Blink”, will see reigning WBO champion Wardley defend his title against former IBF world champion Dubois, in what promises to be one of the most explosive all-British heavyweight clashes in recent years. The event will be broadcast live on DAZN, with tickets available now via Ticketmaster.

Fleximize’s sponsorship of the event builds on its ongoing partnership with Wardley, which began in May 2025. The company also sponsored Wardley’s previous headline fight – an 11th-round TKO victory over Joseph Parker on 25 October 2025 at The O2 Arena – as well as the event itself.

Wardley enters the ring undefeated, with an impressive knockout record that has quickly established him as one of the most exciting names in heavyweight boxing. His upcoming clash with Dubois – himself known for his formidable power and world title pedigree – is expected to draw significant attention from fans across the UK and beyond.

Promoted by Queensberry Promotions, the fight marks another major chapter in the legacy of British heavyweight boxing, with both fighters bringing knockout power and world-class credentials to the ring.

Frank Warren, Founder of Queensberry Promotions said

"Queensberry is delighted to be partnering with Fleximize again, this time for another major event as Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois clash for the WBO World Heavyweight title. It’s set to be a huge show for both Fleximize and ourselves, and we can’t wait for fight week to get underway."

Peter Tuvey, CEO of Fleximize, added:

"We’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring this fight and continuing our support of Fabio. His journey reflects a lot of what we value at Fleximize – ambition, resilience, and the drive to keep pushing forward. This is set to be a huge moment for British boxing, and we’re excited to be part of it."

As a business built on supporting growth and backing ambition, Fleximize’s involvement in the sport reflects its commitment to championing individuals and businesses that are striving to reach the next level.
